A PORTFOLIO OF INK, ACRYLIC, AND MIXED MEDIA ARTWORK
Rebecca Perkins is a self-taught abstract artist based in Hagerstown, Maryland specializing in alcohol inks and mixed media. Her most recent body of work, a portfolio of alcohol ink paintings entitled “Breathing in Color,” was exhibited at the Washington County Arts Council during her first solo show.
